New: Zercher Pad from AbMat

Most would likely never perform a zercher squat/exercise because it just isn’t comfortable.

The Zercher Pad is designed to make zercher squats, carries, and lunches more comfortable! You’ll simply need to add the pad onto a racked barbell, and wala!

Hades and Helios Bars Available

The Hades Deadlift Bar is specifically designed so you can deadlift the heaviest weight possible. It includes a very aggressive knurl, 27mm diameter, and longer length. There will be a good amount of “whip” when lifting heavy weight. It also includes an all-black look with a black Cerakote shaft and Duracoat sleeves.

You will most likely be able to deadlift more weight with this bar than a power bar.

The Helios Squat Bar is designed specifically for squatting heavy, heavy weight. It features several features that make it ideal for this purpose, including a 32mm shaft diameter, so there is no flex with higher weight, longer length, weighs 55 lbs, and an aggressively knurled center. It includes an all-black look with a black Cerakote shaft and Duracoat sleeves.
