Bells of Steel continues to evolve its popular cable towers. You can now convert them into a standalone functional trainer—or purchase it as one—that also functions as a power rack. It’s available in plate-loaded or weight stack versions and comes in two height options: 80.75” or 90” - which is new.
The conversion kit includes:
Angled J-cups and spotter arms (for use as a rack)
A pull-up bar with a long upper cross-member
Four small stabilizing feet for the towers
Four swivel shackles
You can also add accessories like the Y-Dip, Seal Row Pad, and Landmine Attachment to increase versatility.

The INDY Functional Trainer is Rogue’s answer to The Athena. There are some differences - like the price (higher) and there is no plate loaded option. It includes a 300 lb stack, 2:1 pulley and can be purchased as an add-on or power rack package.
