💪HomeGymCon is on pace to be even bigger💪

Last year, we filled about 38,000 square feet of booth space. With nearly 10 months still to go, we’re already over 31,000 and on track to surpass last year’s total.

The booth selection process is underway, and we should have a strong visual of the layout by the end of the month.

Below is a look at the current vendor list! You can also view the list here.

🍽️ ROM Pad by AbMat

AbMat’s ROM Pad is built to support the natural curve of the spine and allow for greater range of motion during chest work. By reducing strain on the lower back and promoting better form, it helps lifters target the core more effectively than traditional flat-ground sit-ups. Compact and durable, it’s a simple but useful tool for addingto your bench setup. Each pad is constructed from high-density foam with a tough vinyl exterior for long-lasting support and it weighs under 2 lbs.

🦂The KettlePod

The KettlePod from Kettle Theory was recently added to Rogue’s website, giving it a bigger spotlight in the home gym space. It’s an adjustable kettlebell that uses your own Olympic plates, which lock in securely so you can swap weights quickly. With either a 10 lb aluminum handle or a 20 lb cast iron handle, it replaces a full set of fixed kettlebells while still working great for both strength and conditioning. A smart, space-saving option that makes training more flexible. This may be a good option for anyone who does not want to do high level kettlebell work.
