📊Most Notable Survey Result
We conducted a survey of 11 “yes or no” questions to compare the experience of working out at home and public gyms.
In general, the data showed that most prefer home gym workouts vs. public gym, workout more often, & there isn’t a lack of motivation to get better workouts.
Keep in mind that “home gym owners” are answering these questions, but here is some of the data that stood out.
Nearly 90% of people prefer working out in their home gym to public one.
77% workout more often 57% workout harder (and longer), and only 24% are less motivated when working out in their home gym.
Nearly 3 out of 5 have better equipment at their home gym vs. the public gym they went to. This also says a lot about who answers these questions, but many public gyms have worn-out equipment that is not specific to what many want.
