🆕 Halo Arms from PRx
We got a sneak peek of these at HomeGymCon, and the Halo Arms do appear to be the most impressive jammer arms on the market.
Arms can be locked vertically (17 different holes) or horizontally for directional movement, or unlocked for multidirectional movement.
Made in the USA
Work with any 3x3 (or 75mm x 75mm) upright with 5/8" or 1" offset hole spacing.
The closest competitor to these is the Crandall Fitness Free Motion Swing Arms. They do not include as many locking holes and are not made in the USA. This option does cost half, though.
🆕 Bench Grip Cover from AbMat
Many benches can become slippy, especially during those sweaty workout sessions.
The Bench Grip is a cover that secures to benches using elastic and velcro straps, fitting most bench pads on the market.
Made with top-tier Grabber vinyl on both sides for enhanced grip on the bench and user's shoulders, the lightweight and portable design makes it easy to carry for training sessions in different locations.
📊 Top Survey Result - “Ares Style” is the rack-attached option most are likely to get
We asked about four different options that one may add to their home gym with the “Ares Style” being the relatively easy winner with 42% of the votes – somewhat surprising because this is also the most robust & expensive.
Those options on their own combined for almost 50% of the votes with the lat pulldown/low row making up 25% of the votes and 24% with the functional trainer alone.
Only 10% are looking to add a single stack.
