Last week I was on vacation, so the Sunday Scroll is going to be a Monday Scroll! That also explains the lack of emails sent last week.

Moby Dick Bar Gone In a Day

This limited edition bar from Titan was released last Friday and was gone by the end of the day.

What was the bar? The Moby Dick Power Bar from Titan Fitness is a limited-edition powerlifting bar. It features a medium mountain texture knurl, single powerlifting knurl marks, and a 4.75-inch center knurl. The knurl is designed to provide a good grip without being too aggressive. The bar is made from 190,000 PSI tensile strength steel and has a “glossy white cerakote “finish. It is available in 20kg and 29kg weights.

Will they bring it back? Not sure!

Strongman Competition Coming to HomeGymCon in 2024

The HomeGymCon Strongman Throwdown is a United States Strongman sanctioned event that will be held on April 27, 2024 at the French Lick Resort in French Lick, Indiana. The event is open to athletes of all levels, from novices to professionals. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each weight division. The meet director is Kurtis Stadsvold
