The Kraken Rack Attachment has been long teased from Bells of Steel and it is finally available for pre-order.

The standout feature is its ability to use a 2:1 or 1:1 ratio with dual handles so you can even do bilateral movements on a single post. Aluminum pulleys, dual guide rods, a 210 pound weight stack (if applicable) and two aluminum handles are included on each single side.

You can also choose between plate loaded vs. weight stack, purchase a single side at at time, options will work for 4 and 6 post racks, and optional shrouds can be purchased.

It may be the most versatile pulley system added to single posts, but it is a fair amount more costly than others, too.

The Booty Box allows for a deeper range of motion on squats, lunges, and deadlifts. It also includes a built-in island board feature and band attachments, as well as a pad for hip thrusts and Bulgarian split squats.
