HomeGymCon 2026
This is pretty crazy. We sold as many tickets for HomeGymCon 2026 in just over a day as it took six months to sell for the 2025 event - get your own.
We're off to an incredible start!
In addition, early 60 vendors have already signed up as well - including some first timers.

New Products
Get RX’d just dropped two new versions of their Phoenix Cable Tower (plate loaded and a weight stack version), and they both look like solid additions for home gyms. The standout feature is the new Tornado Pivot Arms, which give you 360° movement and a bunch of horizontal and vertical angle options—perfect for things like flyes, pulldowns, and belt squats. One version comes with a built-in weight stack and adjustable cable ratio, while the other is plate-loaded for a more budget-friendly setup. I’ve always been a big fan of single-column trainers for home gyms, and these pivot arms really take it up a notch. These are up for pre-order with a discount.
As long as this isn’t to cumbersome to use, I seriously dig this one.

The Fringe Sport Walrus is a lat pulldown and low row machine modeled after the ATX Trinity Tower, with a few notable differences. It’s built with 3x3 uprights and 1-inch holes, giving it compatibility with standard American attachments—unlike the metric-based Trinity. It uses a 320 lb weight stack with a true 1:1 ratio and includes an adjustable trolley and foldable seat. The seat can also be angled downward to create a footplate for low rows, so you don’t have to sit on the ground—though this feature is also available on the Trinity. The biggest functional difference from most lat pulldown/low row options in the US market today is the ability to lower the height of the top pulley, making lat pulldowns and similar movements more manageable in spaces with standard ceiling height.
As mentioned, this was heavily inspired by the ATX version who should be launching in America soon, but it is the first of its kind available in the US.

Bells of Steel just dropped an upgraded Monolift Attachment, refining their older version with smoother swing-away arms, beefier hardware, UHMW bar protection, and (on the Hydra version) integrated rollers to make bar centering easier. Solid quality-of-life boost for solo lifters pushing heavy loads.
This is for racks with 2.3” x 2.3” (5/8” holes) and 3” x 3” (5/8” holes).
