Rogue released a new Rotating V-Grip cable attachment designed for pushdowns, curls, rows, and similar cable work. It uses a 360° swivel with bronze bushings to allow free wrist rotation, and the 32 mm aluminum handles keep the grip consistent across different movements. The low-profile frame works in both high and low positions, an optional 70-degree kit changes the handle angle, and it comes in seven different handle color options.

The REP Leg Extension & Leg Curl Bench Attachment is a bench add-on designed for the BlackWing, Nighthawk, and AB-5000 benches. It supports plate-loaded resistance, band pegs, and an optional cable setup (up to 250 lb) and is built with the strength curve of both leg extensions and hamstring curls in mind. The unit features an adjustable shin pad, side handles, a flat thigh pad to reduce pinching, built-in wheels for easy maneuvering and storage upright, and a magnetic lock-pin mechanism (used in the two-lock-pin setup for quick installation and secure bench connection) that streamlines setup and teardown.

While REP and Dialed Motion have a collab coming, it may be a year until that comes to market. This seems to be a solid option in the meantime.

F&F Steel introduced the IronKeep Obelisk, a vertical storage post designed to organize accessories while taking up minimal floor space. It comes in 80" and 90" heights, uses either 3x2 or 3x3 steel, and features keyholes that fit both 5/8" and 1" attachments. The post mounts to the wall and can hold plates, bars, bands, and other small gear, and it can also function as a single upright for pulley systems or similar attachments. It includes two wall mounts, two stringer tubes, lag screws, and all necessary hardware—an extra-complete mounting kit that separates it from most other single-post options. The Black Friday sale knocks 20% off the price.

The Isolator continues to become even more versatile.

Bulletproof Fitness Equipment just released an ISOLATOR Pullover Attachment that brings a machine-style pullover movement to the rack-mounted system.
