🎟️HomeGymCon Update
We’re officially 5 months out from what will be the largest home gym event ever.
My hope is that it has a massive impact on innovation, motivation, and overall interest in the space.
We’re closing in on 50,000 square feet of gym equipment booths alone — below is a look at the current floor map.

🆕Direct Flight Multi-Flight from Bulletproof Fitness
Bulletproof Fitness Equipment released the Direct Flight, a rack-mounted multi-flight style attachment designed to give a more consistent, machine-like cable feel without adding a standalone unit. Unlike many rack-mounted chest or fly options that rely on lever arms and plate-loaded resistance (which can change the strength curve quite a bit), this uses a cam-driven cable setup to create a smoother line of pull throughout the movement. The arms can be locked in or left free-moving depending on what you’re doing, and it mounts directly to the rack while working with different loading setups. If you’ve been wanting more chest and delt isolation work but don’t have space (or budget) for a full selectorized machine, this is another example of companies trying to move beyond simple lever attachments and bring a more commercial-style feel into a rack-based format.
It is currently available for pre-order and there are many helpful explanation videos on the website.

🆕Prime Prodigy Dip Attachment
Prime Fitness released the Prodigy Dip Attachment, a rack-mounted dip station designed for 3x3 racks with 1-inch holes. It’s conceptually very similar to the Mutant Metals Ultimate Dip Attachment (now produced by Rogue Fitness), in that both are single-unit attachments with adjustable handles that feel more stable than basic drop-in dip bars. The main difference is in how they adjust and secure: the Prodigy uses a pop-pin system to change handle width and a keyway-style mount to lock into the rack, while the Mutant Metals version relies on a more traditional pin-and-bracket setup. The Prodigy also includes integrated handle storage when not in use. Overall, it’s another premium, rack-integrated dip option aimed at reducing movement and setup time compared to simpler alternatives.

🆕Gym Radar
Massenomics just launched Gym Radar, a new website built around documenting and exploring real home gym setups. The idea is pretty simple: create a profile, upload your gym, list out your equipment, and browse what other people are running in their spaces. You can sort by gym type, see gear lists tied to actual setups, leave reviews, and even explore gyms on a map. It’s less about influencers pushing products and more about building a searchable database of real-world home gyms — which, honestly, has been needed for a while. If it gains traction, it could become a useful reference point for anyone planning upgrades or just looking for ideas outside of the usual Instagram algorithm.
