REP Smith Machine Rack Attachment

REP Fitness just dropped a Smith Machine Rack Attachment for the PR-4000 and PR-5000, giving home gym owners another way to expand their setups. It can be mounted inside or outside the rack and fits both 80” and 93” uprights. The bar path can be adjusted to -5°, 0°, or +5°, which adds some nice versatility depending on how you like to lift. You can also choose between Medium (Colorado) or Aggressive (Black Diamond) knurling. With a 450-lb weight capacity, it’s a clever way to add Smith-style training without taking up extra floor space.

Sidewing Pulley System from Fringe

Fringe Sport’s new Sidewing Pulley System mounts directly to most 2x2, 2x3, and 3x3 squat racks, using a plate-loaded design and adjustable pulleys for exercises like pulldowns, rows, and curls. It can be installed on one or both sides of a rack, adding cable versatility without taking up extra space. Unlike some more budget-friendly pulley systems, its design helps eliminate plate swing for smoother operation. Priced at $449 for a single and $850 for a pair, it’s open for pre-orders now with shipping expected in early 2026.

Rogue Lat Pulldown & Low Row Attachment and Standalone Options

Rogue just dropped new Lat Pulldown and Low Row Trainers for both the Monster and Monster Lite rack lines. Unlike the FM-6, which adds full functional-trainer pulleys on both sides, these new attachments focus strictly on traditional lat pulldown and low-row movements. They mount directly to compatible racks or wall-mount setups, giving users multiple configuration options. Each unit is built from 11-gauge steel with high-quality pulleys for smooth operation and long-term durability. Available as full standalone trainers or add-on kits, they offer a more streamlined option for those who want cable work without going all-in on a dual-stack functional trainer.

The six different ways to purchase from Rogue are below:

🧐Future Releases from Rogue

  • Rogue Echo Ski: This is their version of the Concept2 SkiErg, built with an aluminum and steel frame. It can be floor- or rack-mounted and includes a 4.7” Bluetooth/ANT+ console for tracking performance. The design keeps the same general ski movement pattern but uses Rogue’s own build style and components.

  • Rogue Air Rhino: Uses air resistance through a flywheel that automatically adjusts based on effort, delivering up to 1,100 lbs of load. It can be used as a standalone unit or rack-mounted and includes a 4.7” Bluetooth/ANT+ console for real-time tracking. It’s not available for pre-order yet but is expected to launch in 2026.

  • Rogue Milo: This is a next-generation smart screen designed for home gyms, combining a 4K display (in 32″ or 43″ sizes), integrated camera/mic, and built-in fitness software. It mounts directly into a Rogue Monster or Monster Lite rack—or to a standard wall—and supports apps, metrics tracking (via Echo machines), and guided workouts. Priced at $795, it carries an estimated launch date of March 2026.
