APEX Adjustable Bench + Ecosystem

The APEX Ecosystem from The Tib Bar Guy centers around an adjustable bench that serves as the base for what seems to be one of the most robust attachment ecosystems currently offered for home gyms. The bench accepts multiple attachments, including a leg extension/leg curl unit, belt squat attachment, landmine, Nordic hamstring setup, Stryker-style pad for presses and rows, an ab station, and other add-ons aimed at lower-body, upper-body, and core training. In total, there appear to be 11 attachments that connect directly to the bench, allowing users to expand functionality over time rather than purchasing separate standalone machines.

Highlighted below are a few YouTube videos that have covered this product. All have pretty high praise for this new ecosystem.

Profile® PRO Weight Stack Functional Trainer

The Profile PRO Weight Stack Functional Trainer is a wall-mounted rack/functional trainer from PRx Performance that was developed in collaboration with Dialed Motion. It uses dual 160-lb weight stacks at a 1:1 pulley ratio, offering a full range of cable-based exercises — from lat pulldowns and rows to presses, curls, and low-row movements. What sets it apart is Dialed Motion’s patent-pending Cable Retractor system, which maintains cable tension and simplifies height or exercise switching, making the trainer more space-efficient and smoother to operate. The unit folds flat against the wall when not in use, aligning with PRx’s space-saving design ethos. This is currently available for pre-order.

To my knowledge, this seems to be one of the only functional trainers currently offering a wall-mounted, fold-away setup paired with dual selectorized weight stacks.
