🆕Freak Athlete Adjustable Kettlebell

Freak Athlete has added an adjustable kettlebell designed to replace a full set in one compact footprint. It adjusts from roughly 12 kg up to 32 kg (about 24–70 lb), aiming to cover most kettlebell training needs while saving space in a home or garage gym.

  • Adjustable with multiple internal plates, and it appears to be one of the quickest adjustable kettlebells to change between weights

  • Cast-iron construction with a powder-coat finish

  • Handle diameter and balance are intended to feel closer to a traditional kettlebell than many adjustable designs

  • Currently available for preorder, with shipping planned for a later date

🆕The Sting Leg Roller Attachment

Fringe Sport released the Sting Leg Roller, a rack-mounted leg roller attachment designed to add quick, stable lower-body support to most power racks without adding another standalone piece.

  • It positions the roller about 4.5 inches off the upright, providing enough clearance for comfortable leg support without pushing you too far away from the rack.

  • Tool-free, one-nut mounting system for fast setup and removal

  • Compatible with both 1″ and 5/8″ rack holes (only like it)

  • Rated for a 400 lb capacity

  • Thick roller pad with protective contact points to avoid rack damage

  • Useful for Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, back extensions, and similar accessories

REP Leg Roller 2.0

REP Fitness’ Leg Roller 2.0 is the latest iteration of its rack-mounted leg roller, improving on the original with a more refined attachment system and better overall usability.
