🆕The Drew - Lat Pulldown Extender

Fringe Sport just released The Drew, a dedicated lat pulldown attachment that turns a 3×3 rack-mounted functional trainer into a proper lat machine—without the space or cost of a standalone unit. Traditional lat pulldowns from a rack trolley can feel awkward, with limited range of motion and poor cable angles. The Drew solves this by positioning the pulley higher and farther forward, creating a more natural cable path and a stretch that’s much closer to a dedicated lat machine.
The attachment adds roughly seven inches of height and places the bar directly over your head for cleaner reps. It’s also height-adjustable, making it easier to dial in proper positioning for users of different heights.
The cost is $179
Key specs:
Weighs ~16 lb and mounts directly to rack uprights
550 lb weight capacity (solid for lat pulldowns & cable work)
Fits any rack with 3×3 uprights and 1″ or 5/8″ holes
Quick installation and comes out of the box almost ready to go.
Lifetime frame warranty + 1-yr cable warranty
🆕Altitude Power Rack System from REP
The REP Atitude Power Rack + Attachment line is REP’s new mid-tier offering that has all-in-one potential. Rather than 3×3 posts like the PR-4000 and 5000, this uses 2×2” posts and one inch holes. It doesn’t include the same weight capacity as these options, but has a strong line of attachments already that can be added to it like a smith machine, dip attachment and functional trainer-like attachment. Some other key specs include:
Upright height options: ~83″ or ~90″ tall rack versions available.
Footprint: ~49.4″ wide (65.2″ with weight horns) by ~57″ deep.
Rackable weight capacity: ~700 lbs.
Post configuration: Six-post power rack design with laser-cut numbering on uprights.
Included basics: Multi-grip pull-up bar, flat sandwich J-cups, flip-down safeties, and pairs of weight horns.
🆕5 New Bars from PRx Performance
PRx just launched 5 barbells:
Mako Olympic Barbell: 20 kg Olympic-lifting bar with high whip and smooth needle bearings for fast turnover, a 1,500 lb load capacity, ~16-1/8″ usable sleeves, 28 mm hard-chrome shaft, volcano & hill IWF knurling, and passive aggression — engineered for speedy cleans, snatches, and competitive training.
Reef Power Barbell: 20 kg, low-whip power bar with aggressive mountain knurling and IPF marks, a 29 mm hard-chrome shaft with grooved QPQ sleeves, Derlin bushings, ~16-1/8″ usable sleeves, ≥220,000 PSI tensile strength, and a massive 2,000 lb static load capacity built for heavy squats, benches, and deadlifts.
Thresher Barbell: 20 kg, medium-whip general training bar with a 1500 lb static load capacity, 190,000 psi tensile strength, 28.5 mm shaft, medium volcano knurl with IWF/IPF marks, composite bushings, and ~16-1/8″ usable sleeves — built solid for heavy home gym use.
Thresher Stainless Steel Barbell: similar to above but with stainless steel shaft and sleeve.
Swift Barbell: 20 kg general-training bar with low whip, 28 mm decorative chrome shaft, grooved chrome sleeves, medium volcano knurling with IWF/IPF marks, copper bushings, ~16-1/8″ usable sleeve length, 165,000 psi tensile strength, and a 700 lb static capacity — ideal for budget-minded home lifters.
Hell Jammer (@/Porter Physed from Black Widow
The Hell Jammer (w./ Porter Physed) is a heavy-duty attachment designed to pair with a rack-mounted belt squat and Hell Box, adding leverage-based movements like Viking presses, hack squats, leverage squats, and chest presses by pinning into 1-inch holes on the Hell Box. Built as a FigJammer-inspired collaboration, it turns a belt squat setup into a compact selector-style station for pressing and lower-body variations without adding another standalone machine.
